The secret of Mengyu being able to produce the highest quality components is that we have control over the entire process from the initial conceptual design to final production. We use the most advanced five axis CNC machine tools to process aluminum forgings and solid aluminum billets into various components. All calipers undergo strict quality control, and their performance is tested and measured by our on-site dynamometer.
We specialize in the manufacturing and supply of brake calipers, and have been providing brake caliper products for the automotive aftermarket for over 40 years. The quality of brake calipers produced by Mengyu is comparable to that of original accessories. We are always committed to pursuing the highest product quality standards, and currently offer brake caliper models covering over 98% of European car models, while providing unparalleled support services to customers.
Processing
We interpret craftsmanship through precision manufacturing: from heavy aluminum ingots to lightweight calipers weighing only 1.5 kilograms, it has undergone three rounds of tempering. Each process not only pursues ultimate precision, but also ensures that every gram of aluminum is fully utilized, and the cutting waste is recycled and reused.
Production Line
The entire production line is controlled by PLC automation and integrated with an error prevention system. Each process is completed in a fixed fixture and must pass computer testing before entering the next stage to ensure zero defects in the products delivered to OEM customers.
Quality Control
Before comparing each component with mathematically perfect specifications, we will first check whether its appearance is qualified. Each component needs to undergo up to 150 measurements with tolerances as small as three micrometers. For any components that do not meet the requirements and cannot be easily corrected, we will simply discard them and restart the entire process.
Test
Our dynamometer performs accelerated life testing on components far beyond their actual usage load, simulating their entire lifecycle in just a few days. Meanwhile, with one of the only two NVH dynamometers in the UK, we are able to accurately detect and optimize the noise, vibration, and smoothness of the braking system.
