Research And Development
In our R&D center, time has been redefined. Through overload acceleration life testing, we compress long years into precise days and predict the reliable performance of the entire product lifecycle under extreme stress.
In the era of full electrification of automobiles, braking systems are facing unprecedented performance challenges. We use cutting-edge testing technology and rigorous verification standards to not only ensure safety, but also strive to provide every car with a quiet, calm, and trustworthy braking experience - because true research and development goes beyond current needs and lays a reliable foundation for the upcoming future.
Factory Refurbished Brake Calipers - WhatExactly Are They?
The brake caliper is composed of many components, some of which are more precise and fragile than others. The casing of the caliper (mainly made of cast iron or aluminum) is not a very precise component, and after those delicate and fragile components complete their mission within the expected service life, the casing can still be used for many years.
So, How Should we Handle The Caliper Casing?
When replacing the calipers in a vehicle, it is usually not necessary to replace the caliper housing itself, but rather one or several caliper components that have worn out and need to be replaced. Discarding the casing is actually a waste, as the casing often has a long service life. The process of remanufacturing in a factory is actually the use of old shells to manufacture new products, whose quality and performance are no different from completely "new" products.
Factory Renovation And Manufacturing Conducted By Caliper Experts
We remanufacture these old brake calipers by cleaning their cores, applying new surface treatments, and equipping them with high-quality new parts. In this way, its quality and expected service life far exceed those of ordinary new products.
Remanufacturing Process
Unlike what people imagine, remanufacturing is not a simple and easy process, it requires a deep understanding of the product and its applications. The ability to maintain a stable level of quality is due to rich experience, professional product knowledge, and sophisticated manufacturing processes. Each caliper undergoes multiple strict inspections by multiple departments before leaving the factory. Only after passing these inspections will the caliper be accepted or eliminated.
